“Terrible hotel, terrible service”
The carpets were dirty and there was a strong urine smell, and the rooms themselves were not clean.

I booked a business twin but ended up with a standard room, and the bed was low and small. The shower was cramped and the toilet paper was hard to reach in the tiny space, and the Wi‑Fi kept dropping. I tried ordering food at the 5th‑floor restaurant, but they told me I’d have to go outside to buy fish. The only bright spot was that the hotel is close to my mom’s house.

The winter air conditioning blew hot, and the window wouldn’t open fully.

This hotel fell short of expectations in several areas, including its cleanliness and overall quality of stay. Unfortunately, there were no redeeming qualities to speak of.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of room size, and the front desk staff were attentive to my requests. However, the shower room had a limited water supply, which made it less refreshing. Overall, the hotel's spacious rooms and helpful staff made up for the shortcomings in the shower room.
