The location, design, and most of the staff were good, but the dry dead plants next to our room’s pool were disappointing. The omakase dinner was average, and overall the hotel’s food needs an upgrade.

The resort felt ultra‑luxurious, everything was thought of so we didn’t even need to buy a bottle of water; the staff greeted us warmly both morning and evening, the place was spotless, smelled fresh and was very pleasant. Getting to the hotel was a bit tricky because the road isn’t paved, but once inside everything was perfect and you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to.

The roads need improvement.

The facilities are the only reason to go there - the rest doesn't correlate with what is announced . The housekeeping is also good , though it should be like that anyway . There is disco evenings in the middle of the complex till midnight on Friday and Saturday - so you cannot avoid it . Absolutely no related with 1) a place you go for being quiet and 2) you pay 5 stars hotel experience , but you end up in disco club . No more comments needed here . Slow service during breakfast - you could easily wait 10 - 15 min for your coffee ( which is excellent ) and water . By the way - you cannot bring water yourself - have to order and wait . No gluten free options , no fish which is a standard at this price level . Food is as good as in any good 3 star all inclusive hotel - so no problem , but no relation with the price . On the reception during check in - cold , no smile , like a robot . On check out no one asked if it was a good time or not . in summary - for me is a lot of money for something very different from what the complex is presented to be . Additionally , the beach is very stony , so no credits there too . The other one is that the hotel is far from the rest of the world and either you have to pay some 50 € to go out and come back , or stay in the complex , or drive
