“No one cares if you can get in to use the room you paid for”
If you can get into the building, the location is great—you can walk to restaurants and downtown easily, but the arrival was terrible: there was no reception desk, a note on the door said, "You got an email this morning with your room name and the codes to enter the building, and room -- check your spam folder," yet there was no email or phone message; we called the number on the door and sent an email but received no response, waited over half an hour wondering if we would ever get in, then a text with the codes appeared; there was no voice contact or chance to ask questions or get help; since no one was there to give assistance, you would expect the room to be well-stocked and prepared, but it wasn't: there was not enough toilet paper (about 1/4 inch remaining on the roll), only one face cloth for two people, no one to ask for more, a K‑cup machine and creamer packets but no K‑cups; the bed was nicely made and the room was clean but no one cared enough to restock the basic supplies; having to wait for the entry code and then go out again for toilet paper wasted vacation time; we met other guests who also didn't receive the email and had trouble getting into the building/room; some called the third party they signed up with, which seemed more successful in getting the needed entry info; it seems the email bounces to the third party and doesn't reach the address you provide; sending a text to the supplied phone number would be better.
