How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The central location of the recently renovated property and the ability to leave luggage after check‑out were great. In general the room and the building were clean, but unfortunately there were spider webs clearly visible in the corners that should be removed.

The suite is new and well furnished, in a very central position.

Clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, some maintenance is lacking: the shower head was broken and the walls were a bit neglected. A mini fridge would make a noticeable improvement.

“Good place to stay!!”

Modern, well taken care of, easyJet accessible with codes. Very nice location in the heart of Genoa’s historic centre. Nothing to add.

“Beautiful and modern guest rooms in historic bldg”

The building had a historic feel while the guest room was modern and updated, with plenty of space. The location was quiet at night but close enough to grab coffee in the morning. The check‑in process was annoying: after arriving past 3 pm I had to take passport photos, send them via WhatsApp, and follow instructions that omitted a key detail for entering from the outside; a resident eventually showed us the correct way. Taxi drivers were overcharging, looping around to inflate prices, while the train was nearby but cost 20 € instead of 8 €—the taxi situation was out of hand.
