How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was generous, and it’s best to dine during off‑peak hours. Rooms and facilities were always clean, and communication in German and English was smooth. The hotel isn’t right in Side, but you can reach it easily by Dolmuş. A few cosmetic repairs would be nice.

The only things that stood out were the service and the food. The facilities and entertainment were a mess, and the kids’ club was awful, all for a high price. I’d say it’s one of the worst hotels in Antalya.

The rent was fresh, the beach and beach bar were good, and the kids’ pool was friendly with slides. However, getting drinks was a hassle – you had to queue for beer and soda, which were mixed with long‑drink portions. The opening hours of the kids’ club and its engagement could have been better, and it was unacceptable that smoking was allowed by the kids’ pool.

The staff’s organization was absolutely incredible. The whole complex was well maintained and clean, and the evening shows were great. There was a wide variety of food, and as a vegetarian I found plenty of different vegetable dishes.
