“Amazing”
Location near the port to walk but still quiet and private.
“4 night trip to Paxos”
The spot next to the port made moving luggage a breeze, and the short walk to the apartment was a plus. A 20‑minute stroll into town was also pleasant. I felt safe walking back in the dark. The pool area was a chill, private spot to unwind after exploring. The owner was friendly, helpful, and sorted a few minor issues while we were there; he also pointed us toward Kamini, a cool beach bar where we spent an entire day. Communication with the property management was solid, and the bed was super comfy. No car was needed for a short visit; walking or catching a bus got us everywhere. On the downside, the listing called it an “executive villa,” but it turned out to be a basement apartment with one above, so the description should be updated to “lower level apartment.” We had no idea which villa to go to on arrival, and a neighboring property called the owner. Maybe include the villa/apartment name on the confirmation. The appliances needed attention: the toaster was broken, the cassette player was old, the TV only had Arabic channels, and the shower panels leaked. We weren’t told that a house maid would come in daily; we only realized when the bed was made. Some communication about that during check‑in might help, though it might not be essential for short stays.
“I think I’m going to retire here! 😎”
The location was great, and the rooms were large enough to include a laundry facility. Everything was spotless, and the host was very hospitable, offering a wealth of restaurant recommendations that we all loved. Every place he suggested turned out to be perfect.
Amazing facilities, especially the pool and outdoor areas. Location was perfect, a 20 minute walk to the restaurants and shops, quiet and peaceful.
After six months of hopping between apartments and hotels, Blue Horizon felt like a breath of fresh air with plenty of space and an awesome pool. The library of books was a nice touch for relaxing. Having the place to ourselves made it truly peaceful. The washing machine was easy to find under the pool and a real convenience. The ferry port is a 6‑minute walk away, and the first restaurant is just 1 km away, making the location spot‑on. The cleaner was lovely and friendly, and the owner was just as welcoming—what a brilliant week! Thanks, and hope you get plenty of bookings this summer. On arrival, they weren’t quite ready, but the cleaner sorted everything out once she arrived.
