How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was excellent. There was a minor issue with the shower, but it wasn’t a big deal given the rest of the details and amenities. The breakfast included in the reservation surpassed my expectations; everything was top‑quality and delicious. The service and attention to guests were perfect!

Very unique and beautiful. Nothing to add.

The location and valet service are good. The bathtub is impractical, and when showering the water floods the floor. The room view is awful, showing a portion of the trash and storage area—unacceptable for a hotel of this standing.

The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. The hotel staff and concierge were 10/10.

The location and staff were helpful. The breakfast was good, and the restaurants were good. The captain was completely unprofessional, lacking basic customer service skills. His attitude and manner of speaking to guests were unacceptable and far below the standards expected from a luxury hotel. It’s astonishing that someone in this role has not received proper training. The hotel should immediately provide comprehensive customer service training or reconsider whether he is fit for a guest‑facing position.
