The location was great, especially since we had an early morning flight, but the showers and toilets could have been cleaner.

“A super-convenient capsule only for those who are familiar with this site.”

Each capsule was reasonably priced and I slept very well until I had to wake up; checkout was smooth and the receptionist promptly returned my deposit after I handed back my key card. I also discovered that the airport check‑in counter is accessible via a slope elevator just in front of the reception desk, making it super convenient for frequent flyers. However, I almost decided against staying here because there was almost no information available—Google Maps didn’t show it at all. When I finally reached the reception after asking more than three people who appeared to be working at Terminal 3, only one staff member was with a lady for a long time, so I had to shout, “Is there anyone else who can help us?” The service expected at a capsule hotel was basically nonexistent. At check‑in, the receptionist didn’t hand me a bath towel; I assumed it would be in my pod, but it wasn’t there. I had to ask other guests for basic directions—where the shower room was, where the bathroom was—because there was no information. I even had to request water from the lounge, and the hot and cold water tank was empty a few hours later. I expected the same level of care as at PassGo Digital in Terminal 2, but this place fell short. The receptionist simply forgot to give me a towel and didn’t apologize. When I checked out, I found a plastic bag of snacks left by a previous guest on my bed, which was disgusting. The day before, I had just left a hotel with a swimming pool and beautiful garden for the same price, so I was disappointed.

The proximity to the international terminal was convenient, but the bathroom was shared.

The convenience of staying inside Terminal 3 on the 1st Floor (Ground Floor, 1st Floor, 2nd Floor) was appreciated for a quick rest before the next flight. Realistically, the capsules are made of plastic and can be noisy; the noise from other guests is normal in an airport with constant flight traffic, so don’t expect a perfect sleep in one of these capsules—it’s more for a brief rest before the next flight.

“Pratique mais sale”

It does the job for its location but isn’t very clean; the shower, especially after a long haul, was not at all pleasant because of the dirt.
