The room was clean and the location was good, but there was no fridge in the room and the first‑floor hot water was missing, so I had to request a move to the second floor.

The room was huge, airy, and had lightning‑fast air conditioning; it was very quiet despite being in Masaka. The shower area was massive, and my wife loved the basin and mirror with natural tones for makeup. The photos rate the room a 6, but it was a 9 in reality. Parking was limited to the secure basement overnight.

The hotel is modern and new, but we ran into technical glitches: the AC wouldn’t stay on, so they gave us a fan, and there was no hot water. The staff tried to help, but the price felt high for what we received. The restaurant was decent, offering cold beer and a filling breakfast. We also faced a lack of hot water, a non‑functioning AC, no price reduction, a noisy neighborhood in the evening, and insufficient pillows.

The staff were friendly, even when we arrived very late at night, and the breakfast was great. The location was a drawback – the neighborhood is quite noisy.
