I accidentally booked the wrong dates at first, but the staff were kind enough to let me change them. I had only planned a one‑night stay, so after checking out I drove to Pompeii and Herculaneum, both just a short drive away. Later that day I decided to stay another night in Naples and booked a second room at the same hotel. I arrived much later than expected on the first night, but the 24‑hour front desk made it easy. My first impression wasn’t great because the rooms are in a different building from the front desk; we left the lobby, walked down the street a few doors, and I was handed a key ring with a physical key and a swipe card. I used the physical key to unlock the main door. The lobby I entered felt a little sketchy, and the building has an elevator that doesn’t stop on the 2nd floor where the rooms are, so I had to climb the stairs. When I reached the 2nd floor I found a sliding glass door that I opened with my swipe card, leading to a clean, modern lobby with several rooms branching off. The rooms themselves were well appointed, comfortable, and the AC worked really well. On both nights I easily found free street parking right outside the hotel. On the first night I asked the man at the front desk if he had any hot water, but he didn’t; he offered to heat some in his microwave, which I declined. On the second night, after I went to my room, he brought over an electric kettle he had found even though I hadn’t asked for it again, and he remembered. I had also lost my phone charger, and he gave me one from the front desk. He seemed to expect me to keep it, but I returned it anyway. There was a supermarket right across the street and a store next door that sold almost everything; I bought a new charger, a kettle, a bathing suit, and a notebook for relatively cheap.

I didn’t get a luxury room at all and the place wasn’t clean, the condition was poor even the towels were bad, and the Wi‑Fi barely worked.

The location is perfect for anyone who wants to stay close to the station, but you’re forced to pay for the stay in cash.
