The drinks, snacks, and the room were clean and new. Our experience started badly: we arrived early and were poorly received. Even after explaining we were coming from far away to explore the area and it was raining, we were not let in and had to go to the city to wait. Moreover, there is no clear information about the park’s opening days. The facilities are lacking: toys in terrible condition, pools that should be heated were cold, and there is little variety in food. Additionally, my son wasn’t allowed to play on some toys because of 10 centimeters even with my presence.

The cleaning was outstanding, staff were constantly mopping the floors, and every meal was delicious—meats were always tasty, risottos and pasta options were plentiful, and there were kid‑friendly choices. Breakfast featured a tapioca/omelette station, and the afternoon snack included pizzas made to order. The drinks were great, with quality brands, and the large heated indoor pool was perfect for cold or rainy days. The amusement park gave a nice alternative for those who don’t want to spend all their time in the pool. Overall good value and I’d definitely return. The pillows could have been better, there was no place to hang clothes in the bathroom nor a small rack for pool towels, the room was dimly lit, and the desserts lacked refinement. We stayed from Thursday to Sunday and noticed the hotel gets much busier on Saturday and Sunday, which might bother guests who dislike crowds.

Recreation and meals are excellent. The room lacks a spot to hang pool clothes.
