The location was fairly close to Termini train station, convenient for getting around. The smell in the bathrooms was shocking. The pictures on the booking site did not match reality. We didn’t realize we were paying for a room with shared bathrooms. Cleaning throughout the property was poor. Staff attitude was bad when we asked for a refund. We left the hotel less than 10 minutes after seeing the room. There were renovations we weren’t informed about upon arrival. We preferred to lose the money than stay there. The place was very bad and expensive! At the same price there were hotels nearby with much better conditions.

The location is just a few minutes from Central station. The room was spacious and great value for the money. I must say the staff was super nice when I asked if I could order a package and have it sent to the hotel’s location; they were super helpful and received the package without any problem. Everything was great.

Super location, very clean, large rooms, bathroom super. Very friendly and helpful staff. Daily morning coffee.
