Ruth and her son William welcomed us warmly, were helpful and very friendly. It was great to meet them and stay in their beautiful home. Our room was light and airy, and the larger‑than‑average shower was a bonus. Ruth offered a freshly cooked English breakfast each morning for an extra fee, which was lovely. Parking is on the street outside, in a quiet area, so our car was safe and we had no trouble finding a spot. We would definitely book again if we returned to Exmouth. Nothing negative.

The beautifully renovated attic and the pleasant welcome were positives. However, there were many slanted walls and a head injury.

Everything was good, the host was nice and gave us many tips. It was great that she also took us to the city later as if it were a given. After long thought, we can’t think of anything negative.
