The location is easy to reach by public transport, the room and apartment are clean, and the staff respond almost instantly. However, the room is very small, the bathroom is outside the room and that detail isn’t correctly mentioned in the description. Breakfast isn’t offered; only a packaged snack that can’t be called breakfast. The self‑service check‑in is quite laborious and you have to push through all the steps. The value for money of the services is therefore too high.

The place is well situated if you rely on public transit or walk, which we did; cabs are an option too. It’s a bit removed from the buzz, but we appreciated the quiet surroundings. The room faces a courtyard and has a cute balcony where you can eat if you wish. There’s a kitchen and a large fridge, plus a small fridge in the room, but it was noisy, so we unplugged it and used the communal one after a couple of days. An underground grocery store is across the street for breakfast supplies, and an organic shop is about a 6‑minute walk north. We found a local restaurant with Aperol spritz for under 4 Euro (a deal) and excellent pastas at a reasonable price. It’s very close to Roma Trastevere train station, easy to reach the airport, and only 8 Euro! TIP: Download the Trenitalia app, skip the long lines for tickets, and you won’t need to validate. We didn’t realize when booking that the private bathroom wasn’t in the room, but that was fine. There’s another bedroom in the suite with its own private bathroom; both of our roommates were fine.

Check‑in was easy and more than adequate for what we needed. The bed wasn’t comfortable; another pillow or two would help, and the shower mood was off.

The layout is nice and the location is great. The left side was too small and very old‑fashioned, so I had to close the doors manually.
