The proximity to the parc des expositions, the comfortable room, and the very pleasant and generous breakfast buffet were great; I didn’t have time to visit the pool, which looked good, but the hotel lacked on‑site dining even though there were restaurants nearby.

The hotel’s proximity was handy because we were heading straight to MCB coiffure across the street, but I was shocked to find out after my stay that I had been charged an extra 16.90€ for “taxes additionnelles départementales,” “taxes additionnelles régionales,” and “taxes additionnelles régionales mobilité.” Why do they need all those fees?
