The staff were so lovely—couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful—and the location was amazing. Nothing really stood out as a problem; the place felt a bit old‑school, but that doesn’t bother me.

The location was great, with the metro and buses nearby, and the reception was very friendly and helpful. The downside was that the front of the room was very loud, and the breakfast was exactly the same for six days in a row.

The staff’s attention was outstanding; they accommodated my special request to store my luggage in the morning and cool my medication, which was exemplary. The room was simple and met my needs as a transit guest; it was clean, I slept well, showered, had breakfast, and got to where I wanted quickly.

The location is excellent on a very elegant street, close to transport stops and just 10 meters from the square where the tours start, and Vivien was brilliant giving us advice and directions; the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good, so I recommend it.

The lovely lady receptionist and overnight care taker. Hotel latin is great. No mineral water in room, and had to pay for coffee pods
