They listened to my request and moved me from room 501, which was right next to the cafeteria, so I could avoid the early‑morning noise; the staff complied. The only downside was having a room so close to the cafeteria.

The hotel’s location and the convenience of the nearby parking were spot on. The only issue was that the infrastructure needs repair.

Que tenía todo sin salir del hotel, el personal era muy amable y atento, las instalaciones muy limpias, me encantó mi estadía en shushupe. Recomendadisimo!. Un poco ruidosos en las mañanas
