La Sinfonía Citadel Hotel and Spa

The location in the old town is quite good, close to Huyền Trạch Lake, Văn Miếu/ Quốc Sửu Kiêm, Thăng Long Imperial City, Hồ Chí Minh’s Mausoleum, and 36 Ancient Street, all within walking distance. It’s also near the train station, making it easy to travel to Ninh Bình or other nearby cities. The front desk staff were friendly and eager to help. Nearby banks and ATMs make it convenient to withdraw cash. The shower head in the bathroom seemed a bit old; the switch doesn’t always stay in the desired position, which may require occasional adjustment, but overall it doesn’t affect the stay.

The breakfast buffet staff were eager to help us choose food since we don’t eat pork or beef, the coffee was amazing, the rooftop was definitely a PLUS, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms had everything we needed. We appreciated the welcome card and the fruit. There’s nothing to dislike!

A fantastic hotel that we return to every time we visit Ennepe. The room is spacious and roomy, with a comfortable bed, a great location, a nice breakfast, and a welcoming staff.
