The staff attitude was excellent, the room was small but workable for the night, and it was somewhat close to the castle. Parking is a nightmare—no one mentions that navigating the super narrow streets in your car is impossible! Yes, the hotel has its own parking, but getting into it is a challenge, surrounded by crazy taxi drivers who, seeing foreign plates, think that yelling and honking will speed you through. Breakfasts were very sparse; the potatoes were over‑cooked and tasteless, we ate boiled eggs and a flatbread. Also, the lower boiler had a water issue; we arrived late at night and only had local tea and instant noodles. In the morning, before breakfast, everyone’s stomachs started hurting, and after breakfast everyone rushed to the toilet. We were about to leave for another city, but we couldn’t get out of the toilet. Always keep a supply of such stories; in short, don’t drink their water, boil bottled water.

The hotel’s location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the look of the old manor was largely preserved. Cleanliness overall was somewhat okay. In the bathroom you could see the damage from a pipe burst, which was unfortunately left unsightly. The laminate in the room also warped from the burst, and it wasn’t replaced. The room had a “muff” smell from not airing out for a long time, and the bed linens and towels still smelled after that. When I reported it at reception, they swapped them immediately, but they could have done it beforehand.

The place is quiet, the location is lovely, the courtyard is nice, the staff are friendly, but the room wasn’t cleaned properly.

City center, well‑located. Too much mold. Uncomfortable bed. Too much noise. The room faced directly onto the terrace.
