“Peaceful stay at Rose Farm”

The property and the Inn were so peaceful and beautiful, it felt completely tranquil and relaxing; we absolutely enjoyed staying there and are already looking forward to our next visit. Walking over to The Atlantic for drinks was an added bonus, and the staff at both places were amazing—Diana at Rose Farm Inn was incredibly helpful and sweet, truly top notch, and Kerry at The Atlantic Inn was very friendly. The only downside was that the bathroom felt a bit tiny and outdated, but that didn’t bother us.

“Beautiful B&B with great view!”

The location was nice and the view was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom could use some updating.

“Staff is outstanding but the management is nicked and dimming diminishing the facility”

I love the staff—they are outstanding, friendly, polite, and go above and beyond with what management gives them. Breakfast, however, was sadly lacking: one morning they ran out of eggs, there was no juice, no fresh fruit, no cream cheese, and only one choice of bagel (cinnamon raisin). There was just one lounge chair on the deck, and I’m not sure what’s happening, but it’s the most I’ve ever paid in my six years of staying there.

“Disappointed”

The staff were friendly, especially Merit who was very helpful. We were unaware that we would share a bathroom with another room, and that wasn’t mentioned in the reservation. The bathroom toilet wasn’t working properly, so we had to fiddle with it to get it to flush. The mattress had a “dip” on one side. The room wasn’t ready until 4:30‑5:00, and it was very expensive for what it was.
