BB Centro Citta

Well equipped and comfortable, perfect for a night. The cleaning lady keeps banging on your door to make you leave before check‑out time.

“Ok”

The room was renovated and modern. The entrance door is the atrium of the building, and that area could use a renovation.

“Ottima soluzione per crotone”

The room was spacious and clean, but the building felt a bit worn.

“Central location, deceiving stay & rude cleaning lady”

The location was central, but Antonio, who kindly picked me up from the train station, had me at his other B&B on Via Cappucini instead of the one I booked, which had a smaller room and no washing machine, so I had to ask the cleaning lady to wash my clothes. I didn’t expect to miss what I paid for. The cleaning lady was extremely rude, knocking on my door every day at 9:50 am—including on checkout day—asking if I was ready to leave, even though checkout was at 10 am and no one should knock until 10:01 am. The next day she woke me up and said “it’s almost 10 am,” and she seemed angry that I wouldn’t let her into the room, which was odd. There was no safe, and I’ve never been to a B&B where a cleaning lady comes every day without any “do not disturb” signage. She never said “hello,” “please,” or “thank you.” Also, breakfast was only vouchers for an external café. I can’t recommend this place because of all those issues.

The room was great, but the coffee machine was not.
