The Eurostars Royal Pleta turned out to be a wonderful place after we were rerouted there because of Tanau’s renovation, and the staff treated us like royalty both inside the hotel and on the shuttle to the lift. Our room was superb, the lobby cozy with a fireplace, and the dinner restaurant offered a great variety of dishes. Everything was perfect.

Everything was great – the location was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent, the room was spacious with super‑comfortable beds and a balcony, and the spa was also wonderful. Nothing to complain about.
