Reina Boutique Hotel - G9

“A decent property at a very reasonable cost”

Very good quality of staff and good customer care. There are 2 Reina Hotels, in sector G9 and G6. I had booked G9 because it was more convenient for shops and visiting people. I discovered the day before arrival that we had been transferred to G6 because of renovation work at G9. It didn’t cause us too much of a problem but can be for some people. Despite this, the G6 property is in a residential street which was nice and quiet. The bedroom was fine. The bathroom is old and needs work. A/c and hot water were available. Breakfast is served in the bedroom and is a reasonable price

The staff were efficient and friendly; I had booked a budget room but they upgraded me to a deluxe room, and there was nothing negative.

“Recommended for anyone”

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The location was great, and the cleanliness was top-notch. I couldn't find anything to complain about, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
