“Relax assicurato”
Luca is an excellent host, and the place is exactly what I wanted to unwind in; it’s not right on the beach but driving there isn’t an issue, and I appreciated the quiet, natural setting.

Everything was perfect, though the street was a bit rough; for a few days that’s acceptable.

The location was great and the air‑conditioning worked perfectly, with no mosquitoes at all, plus a fridge in the room, a shared dining room and decent parking, everything was fine. The only hassle was that the car parking spots were just two steps away from the room, and the room also had a fridge.

The property was spotless, comfy, and had a huge garden—really great! The downside is that it’s a bit far from the beach; with only a few train crossings, you end up walking a fair distance.

The room deserves a positive note for its cleanliness, quiet, comfort, and amenities, but the gap between advertised and actual services inevitably lowers the overall rating; the host was friendly and offered private parking. The minibar was empty, breakfast was missing (even though the schedule was listed on Booking), and walking distance to bars, beaches, and markets was long; the location isn’t very convenient for strolling along the Nettunense. A painful detail was finding abandoned ant/roach pesticide on the bedside table, which hurt the value for money.
