Central location, staff very courteous and helpful; however, the palace and entrance were shabby.

The location and staff were good, but the doors weren’t soundproof and room service didn’t automatically offer the service—you have to ask each time.

The place was great overall, but the chatter in the corridor made it hard to keep quiet during bedtime.

Everything was enjoyable, the location near the city center is convenient, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the air conditioner was quite noisy.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and the bathroom had a modern shower enclosure. The staff were very welcoming and always ready to help. The reception girls, especially Nesma, were cheerful and helpful, while Adil was extremely kind and even prepared breakfast for us at dawn because we were leaving early. The people were amazing! The only negatives were that the breakfast was not international, just typical Egyptian (salty), and a staff member offered us a 15€ fare to the station for a 4‑minute trip, claiming Uber didn't work early in the morning, when in fact it did and was much cheaper.
