“Perfecto”

I stayed in a very spacious room with a comfortable bed, and Miss Ángela was attentive throughout my visit; the place is close to everything—plaza, ATMs, restaurants, and the beach—making it a 10/10 value for quality and price. The environment was very calm and conveniently near the city center, so I liked it a lot. I liked everything.

“No era lo que esperabamos”

The breakfast was not served, but the location could be described as good. There was no air conditioning, and the water drainage in the shower basin got clogged; the shower walls were dirty with mold when we arrived. Communication from the staff was minimal, housekeeping didn’t clean daily, and the kitchen was a shared space that seemed never used—full of mold and obviously neglected, with hard-to-reach access and many obstacles. We even left a water bottle in the fridge hoping it would stay cold, but it was unplugged. We had already cancelled the reservation because of these issues, yet we chose to leave before the paid period ended and move elsewhere.

The location is very close to the beach and the host was very good. However, some sheets were stained, and there were only two fans for three beds.
