The only thing that worked was the location. Unfortunately, staying at this hotel was a big disappointment. For a three‑star hotel, the cleanliness standard and service quality left a lot to be desired. The carpets were dirty, the shower was uncleaned, and the curtains were damaged, giving an impression of neglect and lack of proper guest care. Breakfast was also very modest and unvaried, definitely below expectations. One would expect at least cleanliness, functional equipment and decent breakfast from a three‑star hotel, but in this case reality fell short of even basic expectations. The hotel needs a decisive improvement in cleanliness, equipment condition, and food quality. I do not recommend it to anyone who expects a standard appropriate for the category.
