I liked that I could move it wherever I wanted, but the vehicle’s cleanliness was awful; the van ran out of gas, smelled bad, the cabin windows didn’t seal properly, and we received it with multiple dents and scratches.

Nothing, because we couldn’t even enjoy the van; when we rented and paid for it, they told us it was already booked through an app, and instead of offering a solution they told us to cancel the reservation knowing that if we did we wouldn’t get a refund because we had no cancellation insurance. We called them and they wouldn’t even pick up the phone, only responding through the app to cancel, knowing what I just told you. Definitely my worst experience. Thanks to booking we could resolve it, otherwise I would have lost the money and nothing would be left in Lanzarote. I would not trust my money to this person because they’re not serious and leave their customers stranded.
I still don’t know it and they haven’t refunded my money yet.
