“Will not return”

The breakfast was terrible, the beds were uncomfortable, the restaurant shut early, the bar closed early, and the bathroom was dirty.

The staff were wonderful and helpful, but the bedding was a huge negative point – the mattress had been changed! The shower curtain was inconvenient, and the room’s cleanliness needed improvement.

The breakfast buffet was very varied and nicely presented, but the sauna area looked uninviting.

“Hotel aus der Belle epoche in traumhafter Lage, teilweise renovierungsbedürftig”

We received an upgrade with a view of the Swiss mountains, and the hotel’s location was fantastic; we were also very satisfied with the half‑board. However, the dining room floor and some door hinges need replacement, the tennis court is no longer playable, and one terrace has broken furniture.
