“Not very friendly neighborhood, can impact”
Rooms were clean, but the lobby, hallways and parking were not clean and smelled.

I didn't grab breakfast, and the room smelled bad and looked worn. The only bright spot was that several other restaurants were within walking distance.

Nothing positive to mention. There was no hot water, the sink had fallen off the wall, and the toilet seat wasn't secured.

It would have been nice if breakfast was available or at least a continental option could be offered.
