The room was very spacious, had good air conditioning, comfortable beds, and the location is great, but the shower splashes water all over the bathroom.

The hotel is excellent on every metric; it sits in a tourist area of Patong, right next to restaurants, the beach, Bangla Road, and Jaco Mall. The service is superb, with a cheerful and welcoming reception. They gave me a free upgrade to a larger room, and I especially appreciated the helpful staff member Oman Shazad along with everyone else. This place feels like my second home in Phuket. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.
