The place is in a great location just a few meters from the (Stone) beach and plenty of restaurants, right in the heart of the beautiful old town of Umag; the hosts were very friendly and spoke several languages; the room was simple but sufficient.

The host was very nice and kept a parking spot free for us, but parking is scarce, especially in the off‑season.

The place is comfortable and very clean, but it’s definitely central.

It’s cheap and the host is friendly, but the central location is also the biggest drawback; the city doesn’t start sleeping until about 3 am, so if you’re looking for quiet you’re in the wrong place. Self‑catering is a challenge with the available equipment, though we didn’t try it anyway.
