How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

“Bella struttura in palazzo antico in posizione eccezionale.”

The central spot was unbeatable, making it easy to walk to many of Naples’ sights and local eateries. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and ready to help. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Tutto stupendo, pulito. Colazione eccezionale. Nulla, sempre oltre le aspettative!

“Tornerò!ottimo relais”

The location was super central, the room cozy and quiet. The staff were helpful and always courteous. I would have liked more variety in the breakfast sweets; even though the breakfast was great, it was always the same.

“Very good, def reccomend (unless you have had a recent surgery and have trouble with the stairs)”

The location was prime, right in the city center and close to metro stops. The staff were exceptional—very kind, super helpful, and attentive to every need. The property was spotless and the rooms were well equipped. However, there were stairs from the elevator to the reception (10–12), an unmentioned detail that caused some trouble because two members of our group had leg surgery.
