Our host, Ryan, thought of absolutely everything! From plenty of towels to eye masks, to olive oil! Super homey as well! it was such a comfortable stay and any message I sent was responded to you within minutes:)) Would definitely come back again!
The staff were very attentive and available. They worked hard to ensure that we had a good stay. When we encountered a small problem (another car parked in our spot) they were very responsive and contacted me several times until it was fixed. This is a downtown apartment in a big city--as such two of the bedrooms didn't have windows only skylights. The apartment was next to a tram line (very convenient!) but the entire apartment shook a bit every time the tram came by.
Affordable, clean, beds were comfy. I’m sensitive to scents and found that the sheets and pillows strongly smelled of febreze/detergent. I wish more Airbnb-type places used unscented products!
