“Ok stay in nice location”

The beachfront lets you swim in the ocean and the location is fine. I tried to cancel one night through the property manager, who told me to go to bookings.com, and when I did that I was told to go to bookings.com again—so a lot of back‑and‑forth. The deal was a partial cancellation and I gave 4 days’ notice but never heard back. I also tried to arrange snorkeling and the prices kept changing. When I asked for laundry, I was pointed to the wrong spot outside the hotel. The food was okay. I’d stay again but only for a few nights.

“La pire hôtel de tout Bali et la plus cher en plus”

The place is close to several shops and restaurants. The room with two single beds was terrible. We arrived to a room full of mosquitoes, no nets around the beds, unlike the double‑bed rooms. A crooked picture frame on the wall had spider webs right above the bed. In the bathroom there was a thick build‑up of soap scum on the shower wall. A window with a grille faced the street and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, with a thick layer of dust; it was also pierced, letting mosquitoes in, and as soon as we opened the door there was a swarm around it. Additionally, room #6 at the front of the building was right where the nearby shop played music late into the night. I asked to change rooms, but was curtly told “that’s the one you booked.” We stayed only one night of the two; we couldn’t sleep due to mosquito bites, the club next door, and even with earplugs we felt the bass in our bed. Then there were dog barks at 2 am and rooster crowing at 5 am. I requested a refund for the second night, but they didn’t bother to reply.

The staff were very helpful, but the only thing we missed was that there was no refrigerator in the room. That wasn’t listed or promised in the description.
