The place was very green, all shaded and always cool, with a riverside beach that was really good! The common areas weren’t very clean, and there was a lack of care in maintaining the shared spaces.

The inn was quite pleasant, especially for the bedding. Breakfast was delicious, and we ate dinner there for three nights and the food was tasty as well. The staff were not very friendly overall, but that didn’t ruin our stay.

The rustic concept didn’t mean a lack of care. The room was dusty, the bedding and towels were low quality, the room was hot, and the accommodation price was high (not luxury). The worst part was finding a PERERECA in the bathroom (2 in 12 hours). We had booked three nights, and when we asked for early checkout with two days’ notice, the owner didn’t react or ask why, showing total indifference to customer satisfaction (he thinks he’s doing a favor, he can’t put himself in the provider’s shoes). I do NOT RECOMMEND! There are options nearby with equal or lower prices that deliver MUCH better service!

Breakfast was great, served at the table and very varied. The location, accommodation, and restaurants were all very good. The whole team was friendly and attentive, and Mateus was especially special in his service. The hotel is magical, every detail, and the space by the Alegre River is a spectacle on its own. The hotel has a wonderful garden that is so well arranged and peaceful. I would have liked a hair dryer, but that doesn’t ruin the hotel, which is very natural. In short, I didn’t dislike anything.

The staff were super helpful, the breakfast was spectacular, the little bar by the river, the restaurant, and the fact that it’s surrounded by nature. I had an issue outside Ciamat and asked for help; they were crucial to the resolution. No negative comments.
