It was a decent distance from the venue, yet the area feels like a closed‑down mall with no updated restaurants, and the streets are dark and poorly lit.

“good enough for a good night sleep but not for the family, hotel located in a bad place.”

The room rate was reasonable and the hotel is right across the highway from the casino, but I disliked seeing it in front of an abandoned mall filled with druggies and drifters; I worried about my car being vandalized and my wife was uneasy about walking to the parking lot later that night.

“Considered leaving for a different hotel but stayed because it was late and we only needed it for one night.”

Friendly staff, easy parking and clear directions, a breakfast buffet with a decent spread, clean beds and working AC. The rooms looked worn out, paint, furniture and carpet all showed heavy use, the TV was broken, the bathroom door wouldn’t close or open fully, and the toilet handle jammed.
