Booked, but the hotel was still under construction, they ignored our calls and threatened us.
The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful.
“Pleasant stay”
The rooms were clean, the staff were kind and friendly, but a table with two chairs should be provided in the rooms so guests can sit comfortably for breakfast, since there’s no restaurant in the hotel and breakfast is served in the room itself.
“Average stay, not up to expectation..”
The place works for short stays and the staff are polite, but the entrance is narrow and unsafe, especially for elders – I’m surprised a star hotel hasn’t installed a ramp yet. They refuse to provide a tea/coffee kit even when asked, the balcony is so small that even one person can’t sit comfortably, and the parking is far from the building. The key card keeps draining, forcing us to go to reception to recharge, which is pathetic. We had to ask repeatedly for a shower kit, towels, and water bottles on the second day, and the staff never answered our calls or WhatsApp messages. The entrance itself was dusty and full of debris, so cleanliness needs improvement. I expected more facilities and convenience for the room price, breakfast could be included, rooms aren’t soundproof so you can hear neighboring rooms, and a smart TV or Wi‑Fi option should be provided.
