The location is quiet and the staff are friendly. Cleanliness and the apartment’s appearance were not like the photos; it felt run down and abandoned.
“Good hotel in Kuala Belait”
The rooms were spacious enough, each with two single beds but larger than a regular single. The hotel sits above a mall that has everything you need. The location is good, but since everything in KB is nearby, it doesn’t matter too much. Kids enjoyed the pool area and the gym. Breakfast was included, basic but sufficient, with eggs on demand and to your liking. We had a flat tyre, mainly because the curb at the top of the ramp no longer has warning poles, so it was hard to see. The hotel said they’ll reinstall the warning poles; time will tell. Other than that, it’s a good hotel.
