“Echter Luxus mit Stil.”
A great old house with very spacious rooms and a superb restaurant. The breakfast service was slow, possibly due to insufficient staff.

The staff are incredibly friendly. The breakfast was amazing. The facilities and garden are very nice—a real dream stay! It might be standard for most places, but a service charge was added to breakfast even though it was included in the booking price, which was unclear.

A quiet spot with beautiful scenery.

The location is gorgeous, right in the middle of the Cotswolds, and it’s a great base for exploring the area. It’s smaller and more pristine than the well‑known villages, which makes the hotel stand out. The garden is amazing, with a huge sequoia tree that’s truly impressive. The rooms are very comfortable, and breakfast is excellent; it’s not a self‑service setup but the service at your table is stylish, almost à la carte.
