The staff were attentive, the location was close to the center, the breakfast was very complete, and the room was huge, though the air conditioning in the room we stayed in was not effective enough and it stayed quite hot.

The location was great and the breakfast was excellent, but finding the parking was a challenge; even with the instructions, it’s easy to miss a key turnoff and then deal with Andorra’s traffic and roads, so read the parking directions carefully ahead of time.

The location was the only positive, but we booked a quadruple room for four adults as usual and were shocked to find two wooden bunk beds instead of four adult beds; when we asked for a solution, we were told all quadruple rooms were already allocated and that it would be handled on a first‑come, first‑served basis, offering no resolution, despite having a four‑month reservation; the service was poor and unacceptable for a chain that should provide extra quality.
