It isn’t my first trip to Guangzhou, but this is the first time I’ve stayed in this district and at this hotel. As they say, first impressions matter, and a single staff member—Emi—gave me a true five‑star feeling 😍. I was genuinely impressed by her professionalism, guest focus, and sincere care; she’s friendly, sweet, responsive and always ready to help. Thanks to Emi, this property truly feels like a 5‑star hotel in my eyes. Huge thanks for the warm welcome; I’ll definitely be back.

The rooms were cleaned, but I’m cluster‑phobic and would prefer a transparent lift; I had to use the steps instead, which was frustrating.

I used the breakfast and laundry corner many times because it’s such an important facility, but the door gate is a bit hard to open when arriving by taxi.
