“Bel établissement mais accueil déplorable de la propriétaire.”
The décor, bedding, outdoor frame and the stunning renovation were all tasteful, yet the reception felt like an irate mother scolding a child for a misstep. We just wanted a shady spot to wait 20 minutes early, but the grounds were unfenced and benches under a tree let us sit outside in the park. The start was rough for a high‑end place. We were understanding about the broken flush that required us to manually operate the mechanism. It can happen! A bit noisy from the road. We didn’t try the breakfast that requires a prior reservation and filling out a menu sheet—yogurt, croissant, bread, jam, etc.—and we didn’t feel like sharing a moment with the lady.
The décor was tasteful and the place was gorgeous, but the hosts were not friendly.
It’s a beautiful place with stunning grounds and a lovely breakfast, but they need to install air‑con.

The décor was nice, but the reception was awful because the hotel manager was terrible, so we had to eat breakfast elsewhere.
The accommodation was beautiful in a stunning setting, with a personal welcome, a large nice room, and a good breakfast. It was very hot during our stay and the room had no air‑conditioning, though there were two fans. The breakfast was expensive.
