“comemoração de 20 anos de casados.”

I liked the location, the staff were very friendly, the cleaning was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. The downside was that other guests made a lot of noise, moved things around in the room, hit the walls, and people walking down the hallway talked loudly.

“Première et dernière fois”

The spot is pretty good, near Nelson Mandela Square and the big Sandton mall, and the security is solid. But there was a lack of information about the hotel’s organization—no clear details on the restaurant, breakfast hours, pool access, etc. The restaurant staff were generally unfriendly, though a few were nice. The apartment was large but poorly arranged, with doors that don’t stay shut, a shower with bad drainage, odors coming up the vents, and damp spots. Equipment was missing (for example, a towel is given with the apartment, otherwise you have to ask each time). We raised our concerns, but nothing changed; it would have been the same if we hadn’t mentioned it.

“6 night apartment stay”

The hotel sits close to the mall, feels quiet, and the early check‑in was cheap. The only downside was that the towels and sheets weren’t changed during the room cleaning.

“Beautiful, comfortable space. Worth the price and will certainly be returning.”

The location is amazing. The fact that Artistry Restaurant is there and the food is amazing is a bonus. The comfort is out of this world. We absolutely love the place. The room didn't have a rail to hang our bath towels. Besides that everything was perfect
