The pool was lovely too, and we had a great time relaxing here.
The location is so far from the city that you'll feel like you're in a different world.

“Peace and quiet”
The place offered silence, peace, geese, and tranquility.
“Disappointing and unfriendly.”
The property had friendly cats and the view from the communal pool area was amazing. However, the noise from two nearby units was offensive and contradicted a clear “no music” rule; the staff, who could hear the music during check‑in and lived just one unit away, did nothing to stop it, making the stay unpleasant. They also seemed unfriendly, treating guests as an inconvenience, and ignored opportunities to discuss wine tasting or cycling routes that were advertised. Inside the unit, the dustbin was broken, there wasn’t enough room to hang two towels, a bread knife was missing, the shower drained poorly and didn’t stay hot, and one mug was chipped. The units are close together, offering little privacy, and our unit had no view. It was also very cold; although a heater was provided, no adaptor was supplied for the two‑prong plug, so it couldn’t be used with the three‑prong outlets. Overall, the experience was frustrating and did not match the advertised amenities.
“Perfecto”
Everything was just perfect: the rooms were big, the bathrooms were very nice, and the pool table was a nice bonus.
“Randall Adriaans and Friends”
The place was quiet and clean, and the staff were quick to help whenever needed. There were no real complaints.
“Tranquil Getaway”
Loved the setting. Beautiful views and tranquil surroundings, but not too far from town. The cottage has been updated and renovated which was fantastic. It's comfortable and has almost everything needed. Great wifi as well and loved the outside patio area. Note that the farm doesn't offer wine tasting anymore, something we thought was available - but not a big deal. Loved that there were 2 bags of wood left for us as well and a surprise hot tub!. There could be a few more kitchen items like serving bowls, glasses and boards, but it was fine for us because we didn't cook much. More blinds in the bathroom would help with privacy. But otherwise it was great
