The windows were dusty and opened above the bed, making it risky to get out without first closing them. The bathroom had no soap, shampoo, or bath, and the front desk didn't respect its hours, acting more like a storage space. The rooms felt like a sauna with stagnant air, and the restaurant closed at 22:45 even though it was open until 23:00, so we were kicked out. We were glad we didn't get hurt by the loose window or handle, which looked more like decoration.

We could use the pool, but we couldn't pay with a card. It was a nice break, but the lack of card payment was inconvenient.

They were very attentive and polite, and even when the staff weren't on duty after a forgotten incident, they worked hard and resolved the issue smoothly. I appreciate that they could speak German in addition to English, so we handled everything without trouble. It was a nice place to relax during our long family trip, and we recommend it.
