The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to give practical tips. The building looks nice and sits right in the center of Alcamo, with a large parking lot in front that’s always open. You can walk into town, there are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. The breakfast room was very bright and offered a generous buffet. My room had a fridge and a convenient induction hob if you want to cook something.

The location and the welcome were good. However, there was a strong perfume scent trying to mask a stale‑air smell, the shower leaked, and the bathroom aerator was extremely noisy. I stayed here four years ago and it was better then; now it suffers the same decline most hotels face—clean and tidy only while it’s new.

The room was beautiful and spotless, but the solarium was a complete disaster. It was filthy, with leaves, bird droppings, and feathers everywhere. The hot tub was freezing cold, and there were no towels available. It was a real letdown, especially considering the room was so nice.
