“Fantastic”

The spot is great—near the beach, shops, and bars, with a fantastic rooftop bar and staff who were friendly and well‑versed about the area. It was my first time in Mexico and they made us feel very welcome, though there were noisy construction works next door.

“Se ha vuelto mi hotel favorito en Playa del Carmen”

The rooms were gorgeous, the roof was amazing, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was included in our package and it was delicious; I appreciated the receptionist’s warm welcome and helpful recommendations. The only downside was having to leave.

“Excelente trato, la de recepción fue más que amable y atenta”

The service was good. However, there were two problems: the electronic key to the room didn’t work, and the pool was dirty on the first day.
