“La réservation prévue n’a pas été honorée”

We booked two rooms on 19 April for the night of 19 to 20 September for four people for a wedding, and the reservation was confirmed. When we arrived, we were only given one room, which was very inconvenient just half an hour before the wedding. Our two daughters were sent to another property, and no compensation was offered.
