How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
This place is brand new, which is great because it's spotlessly clean and the staff are super friendly. The bathroom and shower are modern and squeaky clean, and the breakfast and tea are fresh and delicious. Of course, being new, there are a few minor issues, but the young and friendly staff sorted them out straight away. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this place.

The hotel's location was great, but unfortunately, the noise from the street made it hard to sleep. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and when we got there, we were told there was a restaurant on site, but it turned out there wasn't. The room rate included breakfast, but when we asked about it, the staff said it wasn't available. To make matters worse, they didn't even offer to reduce the charges.
